NUCLEOPLASM

Nucleoplasm (karyoplasm, karyolymph, nuclear sap, nucleohyaloplasm, nucleochylema, nucleochyme, karyenchyma, karyenchima) is the great bulk of the cell nucleus. It fills all the inner space of the nucleus between its components. Owing to the nucleoplasm the nucleus possesses turgor. The composition of the nucleoplasm includes the liquid part, containing enzymes and intermediate metabolites; nuclear matrix - protein framework, piercing the whole nucleoplasm through, and various inclusions, like ribonucleoproteid particles.
