REVERSIBLE INHIBITOR

Reversible inhibitors together with irreversible inhibitors make a class of substances, which suppress catalytical activity of separate ferments or ferment systems and are called inhibitors. Reversible inhibitora are divided into 3 types, which are: competitive, noncompetitive, competition-free ones.

One of the types of ferment strength regulation is associated with reversible inhibitors. It is called retro inhibition, or, feedback inhibition.
